What you'll do

• Develop relationships with mortgage professionals
• identify and recruit experienced Mortgage Loan Originators and sales talent
• build candidate pipelines
• conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and industry relationships
• represent the company at recruiting events
• manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle
• maintain candidate records and provide market intelligence
• coordinate with HR and onboarding teams.
