What you'll do

• Manage personal injury caseloads, communicate with clients, supervise cases, and negotiate settlements
• advise plaintiffs and protect their rights
• prepare and review petitions, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and related correspondence
• conduct resolution discussions with other parties, insurers, and defense counsel
• collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
