The Device Characterization Engineer is an onsite role based in Boise, ID, with compensation not specified. This position supports the Micron Technology TD Electrical Device Characterization team by leading electrical characterization for advanced memory devices. The role exists to connect device behavior to reliability, performance, and product outcomes. The engineer will develop new characterization methodologies and drive them from early development through production to ensure the success of next-generation memory technologies.
