What you'll do
- Deliver person-centered support and promote choice, independence, and community participation
- maintain support plans and documentation
- coordinate medical needs with the Program Nurse and administer and document medications and treatments as directed
- oversee program operations, staffing coverage, schedules, budgets, and licensing compliance
- supervise, train, and evaluate staff
- maintain communication with families, guardians, case managers, and team members
- participate in designated weekend on-call duties and may work rotating weekend shifts.
