What you'll do

• Participate in or lead market planning and sales strategy
• build a pipeline and close employer partnerships
• deliver capabilities presentations
• develop strategies to increase health-plan member utilization and lower employer musculoskeletal spending
• create and execute employer engagement plans
• coordinate and attend partner events
• conduct performance reviews with employers
• develop relationships with brokers, consultants, carriers, and wellness professionals
• identify relevant industry events.
