Pumping Foreman, Oilfield Operations

What you'll do

• Lead field pumping operations and crew assignments
• coordinate equipment rig-up, pumping, maintenance, movement, and rig-down
• verify equipment readiness and pressure-control steps
• operate and oversee high-pressure pumping equipment
• lead safety briefings and exercise stop-work authority
• coach Pump Operators and new employees
• coordinate with operations, customers, and other service lines when designated
• complete or review field tickets, treatment data, reports, inspections, and maintenance records
• support preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
