What you'll do

• Lead, manage, and train maintenance associates
• assign work orders and provide technical assistance
• participate in selecting staff and provide performance feedback
• participate in the on-call emergency rotation and respond to emergencies as needed
• lead property and vendor inspections
• oversee unit turnovers, work-order priorities, inventory, contracts, and subcontractors
• maintain records and preventive maintenance schedules
• inspect grounds and address hazards
• maintain safety and hazardous-material standards.
