What you'll do

• Manage family law matters under supervision
• develop case strategy and monitor deadlines
• communicate with clients about information, legal options, procedures, and case status
• conduct legal research and factual investigations
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and other legal documents
• handle discovery and prepare for depositions
• appear at conferences, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• negotiate resolutions
• meet prospective clients and assist with intake
• collaborate with legal and financial professionals
• maintain time entries and matter records.
