This role is for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, and support for approximately 8-13 students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.
What you'll do
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
What we're looking for
- Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience
- High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth.
