What you'll do

• Prepare written estimates using 3D scans, field documentation, and project scopes
• use Xactimate and Symbility
• apply building codes, construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• respond onsite when needed to scope damage
• secure signed work authorizations
• communicate with adjusters and property owners
• document change orders and supplements
• coordinate estimate handoffs with production teams.
