White supports injured clients and works closely across case management, attorney, intake, and accounting functions. The case manager owns a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, keeping clients informed and cases progressing. The role coordinates medical treatment and records, insurance claims, demand packages, liens, deadlines, and settlement details with attorneys and accounting to support an efficient case process and client experience.

What you'll do

• Manage personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and related negligence claims. Serve as the primary client contact and provide proactive updates. Monitor medical treatment and follow up with providers
• request, track, and organize medical records and bills. Open and manage insurance claims, prepare demand packages for attorney review, identify and track liens, coordinate with accounting through settlement, and maintain accurate case notes and deadlines.
