IT Deployment Specialist

What you'll do

• Plan and execute IT deployments, upgrades, and migrations
• install, configure, and test POS systems, payment kiosks, network devices, and related hardware and software
• troubleshoot networks, tunnel controllers, ground loops, cameras, phones, and wireless systems
• provide advanced support and respond to site equipment failures
• participate in the support call queue when not in the field
• coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and vendors
• document work and provide training and post-deployment support.
