What you'll do

• Lead crew members and direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence
• supervise and train employees
• oversee opening and closing, food preparation, breaks, shift changes, and shift reports
• support customer service, safety, maintenance, inventory, and product standards
• may assist with scheduling, ordering, team development, and hiring.
