Facility Manager

Job overview

The Facility Manager role is onsite in Manassas, VA, with compensation of $25–$28 per hour. Lucky Strike Entertainment operates location-based entertainment venues, including bowling centers and waterparks. This role keeps the facility safe and operational so guests can enjoy an uninterrupted experience. The manager leads maintenance staff, oversees preventive maintenance and repairs, and coordinates vendors, contractors, inventory, and budgets.

What you'll do

• Lead the maintenance team
• perform and oversee repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions
• schedule preventive maintenance and system checks
• document work and monitor equipment
• troubleshoot issues
• manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and budgets
• train team members in safe practices and technical skills
• provide technical support during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
