What you'll do

• Respond to franchisee questions about shop operations
• provide in-person and remote technology support
• assist with trainer testing and shop evaluations
• support shop setup, including pricing, point-of-sale systems, vendor selection, hiring, and employee training
• conduct onsite business reviews
• coach crew members
• coordinate point-of-sale and online menu updates.
