What you'll do

• Follow individualized service plans and document services
• provide personal care and support with hygiene, toileting, nutrition, dressing, mobility, and transfers as assigned
• answer emergency pendants
• obtain and report vital signs
• observe and report changes
• assist with light housekeeping, activities, meal service, and team training
• respond to emergencies
• follow infection control, confidentiality, and compliance procedures
• support assigned quality improvement work.
