What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, repositioning, and feeding
• monitor nutritional intake
• take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment
• provide emotional support and companionship
• respond to call lights and resident needs
• follow care plans and facility procedures
• document care accurately.
