What you'll do
- Serve as a primary contact for residents, applicants, and prospects
- lead leasing and turnover, tours, applicant screening, and move-ins
- manage renewals and resident paperwork
- coordinate maintenance, vendors, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- visit properties to monitor standards and safety
- monitor delinquencies and issue notices and late fees
- assist with budgets, reconciliations, bill coding, payments, and collections
- participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergencies.
