• Perform account openings and service consumer and business deposit products
• process certificate of deposit renewals, cashier’s checks, debit cards, account forms, and standby letter of credit renewals
• provide banking services to Japanese customers
• handle administrative and office tasks
• maintain operational efficiency in compliance with regulations and bank policies
• and back up International Banking Officers’ operational work.
