Senior Systems Integration Analyst

The Senior Systems Integration Analyst role is hybrid in Quincy, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $42–$56 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports a Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) team. The analyst manages interface operations and supports integration work across the project lifecycle, from requirements and design through testing, implementation, and stabilization. By defining interface specifications, validating data exchanges, and coordinating with business, technical, vendor, and external partners, the role contributes to reliable healthcare system interoperability and data integrity.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate interface requirements
• develop interface specifications, schemas, record and file layouts, data mappings, and Interface Control Documents
• participate in design workshops and define mappings, transformations, validations, error handling, and reconciliation
• document REST/SOAP web services and FHIR API requirements
• support healthcare interoperability initiatives and standards including HL7, FHIR, XML, JSON, EDI/X12, SFTP, and flat-file exchanges
• develop and review test scenarios and coordinate SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression, and production validation
• validate interfaces and investigate data discrepancies
• support secure file transfer and coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, gateway, cloud, and access-management teams
• troubleshoot interface and production issues
• own assigned interfaces through deployment and stabilization
• communicate status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
