Field Support Specialist — Property Operations

What you'll do

• Complete assigned work orders
• travel to properties for new-property assessments, move-out evaluations, occupied-property checks, and vacant-property checks
• examine and document property conditions and needed repairs
• use computer and smartphone-based dispatching and email
• perform field work when instructed
• attend meetings and training
• assist with office administration as needed
• follow safety guidelines and fair housing requirements
• maintain a professional appearance.
