The Line Cook position is onsite in Sevierville, TN. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. This is a seasonal, hourly position supporting Under Canvas’s food and beverage program and live-fire kitchens. The cook prepares and plates menu items across kitchen stations, follows food safety and sanitation protocols, and works with the back-of-house team to deliver quality dishes and memorable guest dining experiences. The role also supports outdoor pop-up dining and the overall operation.

What you'll do

• Prepare and plate dishes with proper preparation and portioning
• work across grill, sauté, fry, prep, pantry, and outdoor pop-up dining stations
• follow food safety and sanitation protocols
• understand menu ingredients and preparation methods to help with guest questions and dietary needs
• communicate with guests and coworkers
• contribute ideas for specials or operational improvements.
