What you'll do

• Coordinate with departments on workloads, personnel availability, and resources for capital, operational, and maintenance work orders
• convert notifications to work orders and settle orders in SAP
• coordinate Meter Reader and Electric, Water, Wastewater, and Natural Gas department activities
• review reports of diversions, defective meters, and system faults
• assist with maintenance planning and time estimates
• prepare performance reports and distribute statistical data
• provide customers information on utility service orders.
