What you'll do

• Help plan and implement daily activities
• encourage participation in group and individual programs
• escort residents to and from activities as needed
• set up, decorate, and clean activity areas
• assist with holiday celebrations, special events, outings, and entertainment
• provide one-on-one visits and activities
• document according to facility policy
• communicate professionally with residents and families
• assist with safe resident transportation.
