Fleet Lot Attendant, Evening Shift

Job overview

The Fleet Lot Attendant works onsite in Blythewood, SC, with shifts beginning at 3:00 PM and ending when the last driver returns, usually around 10:00 PM. Compensation is $17.50 per hour. KADE Industries is a locally owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner serving the Columbia, SC area. The attendant closes out each delivery day by checking in returning drivers, inspecting vans, securing vehicles and equipment, and reporting issues. Accurate end-of-night checks help prepare the fleet and driver assets for the next day’s delivery operation.

What you'll do

• Check in with the Operations Manager and serve as the evening lot contact
• direct returning drivers to designated parking spots
• complete and document a five-point van inspection
• confirm vans are fueled and gas cards are accounted for
• collect and verify asset bags, keys, and phones
• inspect devices and report damage or missing items
• relay vehicle issues to the Operations Manager
• confirm vans are free of trash and secured
• return asset bags and contents to the station
• complete the RTS Lot End of Night Report. Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
