What you'll do

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki rolls, and other Japanese dishes according to recipes
• handle fish and rice carefully
• fillet fish and prepare seafood cuts
• plate dishes consistently
• follow food safety and hygiene requirements
• maintain a clean sushi station
• monitor ingredient levels and communicate restocking needs
• and assist with ingredient preparation and station organization.
