Lead Septic Technician

What you'll do

• Perform septic inspections, pumping, diagnostics, and repairs
• take calls from technicians who need diagnostic support
• train new technicians using written standards, checklists, and sign-offs
• review jobs and sign off demonstrated skills
• document performance conversations when work misses standards
• learn and perform installations alongside the owner
• communicate service options clearly to homeowners
• follow safety standards and maintain accurate job documentation.
