What you'll do

• Interact consultatively with members and recommend appropriate products and services
• process new accounts and maintain member accounts, including IRA, trust, and commercial accounts
• review accounts and make outbound calls to increase engagement
• process transactions and inquiries
• identify qualified referrals
• follow policies, procedures, risk mitigation activities, and operating controls
• assist with vault duties
• provide coverage at other Member Relationship Centers as needed.
