Apartment Maintenance Technician

The Apartment Maintenance Technician works onsite in Longmont, CO. Pay is $23 per hour. The technician completes hands-on maintenance, light construction, and custodial work, manages work orders, and helps keep the property proactively maintained. The role supports resident service by completing repairs and preparing units for move-in while coordinating with outside contractors.

What you'll do

• Complete carpentry, plumbing, household electrical, and exterior building maintenance
• perform custodial work to prepare units for move-in
• implement preventive maintenance schedules
• work with outside contractors on remodel and warranty work
• estimate repair time and scope
• maintain material and supply inventories
• record work-order information
• communicate professionally with residents and coworkers and follow resident confidentiality policies
• participate in the on-call schedule.
