What you'll do

• Complete nutritional assessments, screenings, and follow-up evaluations
• develop individualized nutrition care plans
• monitor nutritional status and adjust recommendations
• collaborate with nursing, medical, and clinical teams
• provide nutrition education to patients and staff as needed
• document care accurately and promptly
• support special dietary needs and therapeutic diets
• ensure services meet applicable regulatory and facility standards.
