What you'll do

• Prepare a variety of foods in large quantities
• follow physician-ordered therapeutic diets and standardized recipes
• ensure proper serving temperatures, visual appeal, and portion control
• monitor daily nourishments
• follow sanitation and storage procedures
• maintain supplies, equipment, and food service areas
• perform other duties assigned by the manager.
