What you'll do

• Provide personalized guest service overnight
• complete the nightly audit
• reconcile hotel transactions and accounts
• process room charges, payments, and adjustments
• verify cash drawers and complete cash-handling procedures
• prepare reports
• investigate discrepancies
• assist with overnight arrivals, departures, and guest requests
• communicate operational concerns and pass-on information
• follow safety, security, and financial-control procedures.
