The Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time role is remote, with a stated clinical session rate of $76 per hour for Washington residents and $58.50–$85 per hour for out-of-state residents; Washington administrative work is paid at $23 per hour. Two Chairs provides integrated therapy and psychiatry services supported by technology and measured outcomes. The therapist delivers evidence-based care to adult clients, assesses needs and progress, and adjusts treatment accordingly. The role contributes to personalized, timely mental health care through therapy sessions, assessments, documentation, and coordination with other providers when appropriate.

What you'll do

• Provide remote evidence-based therapy and new-client assessments for adults
• use modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
• maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions weekly and 8–24 hours of weekly availability Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–9 p.m. PST
• use data to assess progress and adjust treatment
• collaborate with providers and refer clients when appropriate
• complete and lock documentation in the EMR within 48 hours.
