The role works with the property manager and supports leasing and maintenance staff.

What you'll do

• Process applications and recertifications and provide information to the compliance department
• show apartments
• handle lease negotiations and renewals
• assist with leasing and maintenance staff oversight
• support marketing and leasing
• maintain compliance procedures
• assist with rent collection, ledgers, deposits, delinquent rents, evictions, and resident relations.
