What you'll do

• Coordinate order communication between culinary and procurement
• manage purchasing of operating expenses, LBW, and non-perishables
• assist with daily and weekly inventories and report issues to buyers
• receive supplies, verify invoices and quality, and contact suppliers about order issues
• maintain sanitary receiving and storage areas
• prepare receiving reports and transmit invoices
• process invoices in PMS.
