Director, Project Management — Strategy Office

Job overview

The Director, Project Management role is onsite in Boston, MA. Compensation is $110,000–$140,000 per year. Fenway Health is building a Strategy Office to turn growth decisions into delivered initiatives while protecting the care it already provides. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the director leads launch planning for new service lines and integration of partnerships, coordinating clinical, operational, financial, and administrative teams. The role establishes readiness processes, tracks portfolio results and risks, and supports timely, compliant handoffs to Operations.

What you'll do

• Lead new service-line launch planning and partnership integration
• maintain launch plans, checklists, milestones, risk and decision logs
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• track portfolio performance against approved business cases
• report risks and decisions to leadership
• establish readiness criteria and recommend handoffs to Operations
• maintain portfolio meeting and reporting rhythms.
