What you'll do

• Manage the full recruiting process
• process customer orders
• use social media to build candidate pipelines
• interview candidates, make offers, and build candidate relationships
• match candidates to open positions
• administer drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment tests
• conduct orientations and onboarding
• counsel, discipline, or terminate temporary associates when needed
• work with clients on staffing needs and employee-relations issues
• prepare separation notices and conduct exit interviews.
