Emergency Medical Technician

Job overview

The Emergency Medical Technician role is onsite in Voorhees Township, NJ; pay is $22.60–$23.75 per hour based on experience. On Time Ambulance provides medical transportation and partners with the Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health System. The EMT provides basic life support and transports patients to and from medical facilities or homes. The role supports safe, compassionate care through patient assessment, communication with medical staff and dispatch, accurate documentation, and vehicle and equipment readiness.

What you'll do

• Provide basic life support, patient assessment, airway management, and automatic defibrillator use
• drive ambulances and transport patients in emergency and non-emergency situations
• provide oxygen therapy
• lift stretchers and secure patients
• communicate with patients, caregivers, families, facility staff, and dispatch
• document transportation activities
• maintain clean vehicles and supplies
• disinfect equipment between patients.
