Assistant Manager

What you'll do

• Coach and mentor the team

• train crew members on transactions, product knowledge, and sales techniques
• organize in-store events
• maintain promotional displays and signing standards
• suggest products and develop customer loyalty
• support payroll processing, asset protection, and store safety
• complete Omni orders by end of day
• act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts
• maintain flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
