The role supports positive behavior change through structured daily care, relationship-building, life-skills instruction, and required documentation and facility routines.

What you'll do

• Provide daily care and build positive relationships with youth according to behavior plans
• maintain structured routines and activities
• teach social interaction, self-care, household chores, and food preparation
• use de-escalation procedures
• complete required paperwork
• oversee medication administration and logs
• maintain facility cleanliness and academic structure.
