What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and train QA technicians
• advise Operations and QA teams on quality and food safety
• coordinate with technicians on production schedules and QA issues
• maintain QC and lab supplies
• review operational paperwork
• support audits and inspections
• assist with formula changes, product issues, and hold, trace, and recall activities
• oversee product releases
• and review products and customer complaints.
