Personal Care Assistant

Job overview

The Personal Care Assistant role is onsite serving clients in Las Cruces, NM, and surrounding areas. Compensation is $13–$15 per hour. Interim HealthCare provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors. The assistant helps clients live safely at home by supporting daily activities, mobility, medication reminders, companionship, and a safe home environment, while documenting conditions and notifying a supervisor of concerns.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
• help with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• provide medication reminders
• document client condition and report concerns
• maintain clear pathways.
