Registered Nurse — Day Shift

Job overview

The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Louisville, KY, with compensation of $37–$44.03 per hour. Eastway Health & Rehabilitation provides resident care in a rehabilitation and care setting. The nurse provides and evaluates individualized resident care, administers medications and treatments, documents care, reports changes in condition, and coordinates rehabilitation needs with therapists. The role also supports resident and family education and monitors completion of nursing and aide responsibilities.

• follow skin management and pharmacy procedures
• coordinate rehabilitation with therapists
• monitor CNA documentation and assignments
• educate residents and families.
