What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions
• develop individualized pediatric care plans
• provide direct patient care, patient education, and family teaching
• delegate and collaborate with healthcare team members
• document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• support quality improvement and research projects when appropriate
• provide services such as vital sign monitoring, medication administration support, wound care, and procedural assistance as appropriate.
