What you'll do

• Provide risk management and claims-avoidance advice
• review contracts and conduct seminars
• investigate, evaluate, and monitor professional liability claims
• liaise with underwriters and senior claim adjusters
• assess defense strategies and exposure
• develop and manage resolution strategies
• negotiate claims
• advise on complex construction disputes and litigation
• manage local counsel
• collaborate with clients, insurers, project participants, and industry experts.
