What you'll do

• Greet customers and document vehicle symptoms and requested services.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, prepare repair orders, explain recommendations, and provide estimates, timelines, and updates.
• Coordinate with technicians, obtain authorization before additional work, review completed work with customers, maintain accurate records, and promote maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs.
