What you'll do

• Oversee warehouse inventory levels, organization, quality controls, and quality stations
• maintain accurate inventory records and sufficient stock
• coordinate cycle counts
• collaborate with supply chain and cross-functional teams
• assist with process improvements, inventory reports, and standard operating procedures
• oversee daily production and departmental goals
• allocate labor and resources
• conduct safety inspections and document corrective actions
• operate material-handling equipment and maintain product movement records
• lead, coach, train, and supervise team members
• complete reviews, timecards, and time-off requests
• report team performance to leadership
• adjust schedule as needed to support the business.
