Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper) — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas
• perform housekeeping and laundry duties
• maintain resident laundry, utility, and storage areas
• disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies
• stock cleaning carts
• remove waste
• coordinate with maintenance to keep trash areas clean
• submit maintenance work orders
• promptly report resident issues, health or living-status changes, and unsafe conditions.
