What you'll do

• Provide customer service to current clients and prospects
• process policy change and evidence-of-insurance requests
• accept premium payments
• handle incoming claim calls and follow up on claims
• document customer contacts
• explain referral programs and product promotions
• respond to inquiries, cancellations, and sales requests within specified time frames.
