What you'll do

• Create and maintain digital project files
• organize and upload photos, moisture maps, drying logs, and project documents
• ensure contracts and required forms are complete
• track missing paperwork and follow up with field staff
• upload documents to carrier and TPA portals
• track approvals and documentation requests
• assist with estimates, invoices, scheduling, and project tracking
• coordinate communication among office staff, field staff, and customers
• verify file completeness before invoicing and track closeout items.
